We’re seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer to help lead process improvement and support production excellence at our cutting-edge Houston facility. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity for technical and leadership growth.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing
Support production teams with hands-on engineering guidance
Drive automation and capital projects (robotics, AI, machine vision)
Analyze & optimize KPIs and drive efficiency, quality, and safety
Use CAD tools for system, operations, and facility design
What You Bring:
B.S. in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Systems)
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with lean principles, CAD tools, and CMMS systems
